If pu is at 8am then I should be able to pu st that time. Not given some story that I have to wait till 9 am and if I request extra stuff like a dolly and pads they should have them.telling me they don't carry that stuff.

Mileages are not recorded correctly , the truck rode extremely rough and is pulling to the right while driving really bad just all round really bad experience with uhaul
