Lashonda WScheduled pick up at 12pm. Location is also at restaurant, asked cashier about trailer pickup that was already done online prior to arrival, cashier said the person who does this will be back at 1. Decided to eat lunch while waiting till 1, the cashier was also my waitress , I asked again ma’am is there anyone else I can speak with to ensure everything is done with my online reservation, she replied no. After waiting till 1 pm , I asked if the person who is in charge had shown up yet, and at 1:20pm I received confirmation that they had not, I waited until 1:45 walked back into the restaurant looking for answers, no one could help me. I looked on the reservation I made online and called the phone # which was Kenny’s restaurant, the same lady which was my waitress answered and proceeded to finish the online receipt portion of the uhaul rental, I was a little furious about that and I told the lady and the owner how unprofessional their service was. After all online receipts were done I proceeded to hook up to the trailer and after full hook up , the individual discovered the driver rear trailer tire was low. I proceeded to hook up to another trailer. I would not recommend anyone renting a uhaul trailer from this place, I have rented several in the past few years and this by far was the absolute worst experience.
Kale KHad a reservation but when I showed up it seemed like a surprise to them. I was backed up to the trailer I needed but the tech told me he didn’t think one was available.

Jonathan Wwe were not happy because we reserved truck for Eufaula and pickup was changed to 20 miles away causing us to have to drive 40 extra miles. We had requested blankets and utility hand trucks that were unavailable at that location.

Cynthia KThe back of the truck was not cleaned out. We swept out an entire dustpan full of leaves, grass, and broken glass before we could load the truck. Also, there was an ant nest that we discovered upon uploading. The ants had gotten all over end in our boxes

BENJAMIN MBad absolutely no idea what they were doing they took my card information three different times they modified my reservation three different times after I already completed the online checking process and all they need to do was look at my driver's license debit card and send me on my way instead I sat outside for 2 hours in the hot sun with my babies ages 4 months and 2 years while they struggled to figure it out and the place ended up being closed by the time I got the U-Haul it's I ended up going over my time and they charged me an additional day after saying they weren't since it took send 2 hours to complete my rental.
