The equipment (phone) of the first person that tried to check me in didn't work. Once the second person came over the process went quickly and smoothly.
ADAM BThis was the second time I have rented and dropped off at this location. Everything was perfect !
THEODORE ZOffice was closed so had to use their drop box. As a result, no comments this time. However, we did interact with staff during a prior drop.
Nanette WAs we dropped off on a Saturday, we didn't interact with staff. The lot is dirt and was very dusty. LOTS of trucks and trailers in the lot. Had to circle a couple of times to find a spot to drop the truck...I guess that's a good thing!
