The customer service at this location was extremely professional, and courteous. The only discrepancy that we had was the fact that the staff was notified of the that our trailer had a roof leak and caused water damage to half of our belongings. Upon delivery of the equipment I opened the trailer door and showed the employee where water was still inside the trailer. The damage however was not annotated and reported to U-Haul. I had to personally call customer service and report the damage myself in order to flag the equipment to prevent future customers from sustaining damage to their personal belongings.

The trailer we rented reaked of weed. It made for a very unpleasant day because the high temperature combined with the stench made it unbearable to be in the trailer to load or unload. I don't think the staff had anything to do with it I think it is more likely a security issue, kids sneaking in after dark or something like that.

This review isn't necessarily for this location but for U-Haul as a whole. I know that it is in the fine print but I got a call the night before our move from the regional office to tell me that the truck we rented was no longer available. Instead, they offered a smaller truck and a trailer. Unfortunately, this was still quite a bit less cubic feet than the truck we originally reserved. Because it was smaller we ended up having to leave a lot of our stuff at our last location. They did give us $300 off, however, that will NOT even cover the cost of the rental we will need to get our stuff later. It won't bring back the time and money we will have to spend to get the rest of our stuff. It won't cover the cost of paying to store our belongings. The customer service at the regional office was TERRIBLE (not this specific location). Coming from the customer service industry, you should go out of your way to make sure your customers needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded, this was not the case. Most companies I know would have found a way to make sure all of our stuff that was left, as a result of an error on their part, would have gotten to our final location, even if that means working with another company. U-Haul could have easily called up Penske or another company to get the size of truck we needed OR they could have (AND STILL COULD) use their own moving service to get the rest of our stuff. A move from Washington to Utah isn't cheap on gas or time, it is unfortunate that this move will end up costing us close to the same price as using a professional mover. I will never use U-Haul again and you better believe that I will and have been telling everyone I know about the terrible experience I had.

Thank you, equipment worked well (although the miles-per-gallon was murder). I think the windshield wipers were worn down, but otherwise the truck worked very well even through inclement weather. It would have been nice to have a user's manual on hand in the truck - I think I received one by email, but it's not easily accessible for reference.

The team at Universal Rent All went above and beyond to ensure our move was made successfully and safely! I called late, right before closing, and was shocked when someone cheerfully answered the phone and took my reservation with no hesitation. He even considered my request to use a newer model of van that had more of the features we needed for our move. When I got to the shop the next day, I was greeted by the team on site and guided inside where I was walked through the rental process and how to return to the site after hours. The move went smoothly! Thank you!
