How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything went smoothly and friendly service.
JASON SI seldom fill out reviews, but this place deserves one. The place was a mess. The parking lot was littered with debris that I had to navigate around. I parked the trailer myself while the attendant sat behind a desk in a pig pen smoking cigarettes. I cannot believe you allow this type of business to rent out your trailers. If you do an audit I am confident you'd agree with my assessment.
FRED SVery dark area. Some additional lighting to support 24/7 vehicle pickup and drop off would be beneficial.
Patrick DThe items that I was moving got wet inside the truck. I believe that there is a crack in the floor allowing the spray from the tire to come up thru the floor. And the truck had 1/8 tank of gas. I had to fill the truck before I got home or would not have made it home. Other than that everything was fine. It did what we needed it to do.
