There was one person at the location who was able to prepare my rental and get me on the road. I was running late getting out of Houston, so I arrived at 1 PM instead of 12 noon. He decided to go to lunch. When I arrived and reached out to him, I was told that he had just gotten his food and that he would be back to the shop in approximately 45 minutes after he finished his lunch. He didn’t reach out at 12 noon to determine what my ETA was, he didn’t reach out to tell me that he was the only person available to check me in. He didn’t reach out to tell me that he was going to lunch. And when we did contact him, he did not offer to grab his food and head back to the shop to check me out. He made me wait.
