The u-haul person pointed to a spot in the grass where she wanted the trailer dropped off and then went inside her building, never to return. I had to back the trailer in place, and unhook it by myself. At 68 years old, and having a bad back, this is not what I should be doing.

A little more training by AFM for all locations as to how to use and what to do when equipment is received regarding the fairly new pig tail configuration of the trailer lighting system. Do you leave it on the trailer or remove it and store it inside office until trailer is rented again? From my point of view leaving it on the trailer is asking for damaged, stolen, or just plain moisture damage in very short time thus increasing the cost of having the lighting attachment configured this way.
