The online/after-hours pick-up process was awful. I tried 3x to do it on my phone. I granted location and camera promissions. The process failed because the pictures were too large. Then I pulled out my laptop and resized the pictures. Then the website wanted to validate my identity- it requested my employer's contact info, a passport, or a copy of my lease. It is 5:45 PM and I am in a gas station parking lot. Do you think I have any of these available? No. Finally, I downloaded the app and got friends to pretend to be my employer. I have rented dozens of trucks and trailers from retail locations over the years. I will never rent from you online/after-hours again. Terrible process, terrible experience.

Akshit SWhen you advertise a van for 19.95, I expected the was the total cost plus tax. I was not aware I had to pay for milage, as well as insurance. In the future I need to look for additional fees, etc so I don't feel I am being taken advantage of.
