Brendan JThe truck not clean when we picked it up and there was no A/C in the truck.
Susan LThere was no one on site. Just a parking lot with a few U-Haul trailers. There were no instructions on how to pick up a trailer. I rented a 12 ft trailer and it was too heavy for me to lift onto the hitch by myself. I was able to get a couple of gentlemen from a neighboring business to help hook up the trailer.
