Just last week I rented a 26’ truck that’s brakes were bad and mileage close to 200k; and I would have rated my experience high because of customer service. However the last 2 rentals have sucked. Wasted valuable hours of work to bull shit. No parking? Are you kidding me???? Literally had to Uber to rent truck. This is ridiculous waste of money. Don’t think a majority of people are walking to the truck rental. Figure it out.

The mirror was broken the mileage was wrong and the boxes I purchased the day before in cash never got entered in the computer so I had like 10 boxes I couldn't get refunded for. Very bad experience

I would recommend making sure all of the extra items the customer orders is actually in the truck. I am still waiting to receive a refund for the 6 furniture pads I ordered but did not receive at the time of my pickup, and then was still charged for.

Have more vehicles there if at all possible, the service is so perfect that when u don't reserve early, I have to go to another location. The east 55th and chester location is a bit of a distance from me, but I pass other uhaul locations for their service and vehicle quality.

I got overcharged and then the company lied about the time I returned the truck. And don't have an issue with Uhaul because no one will take responsibility and they will continue to pass the problem along to another employee and nothing will ever get solved. If i personally knew who your competition was I would never use a Uhaul again. From First moment i walked employees looking like they hate their job, moving slow as hell. It's a joke, I just wish corporate could see how their lower line employees are running the company. Embarrassing is what it is.

The employees stood around and the ones who were waiting on customers took forever to get them what they needed causing the line to get longer and the wait time to be seen even longer. If this were to be improved the overall rate for this location would be average.

Paul was an absolute jerk! We were 1 hour late in a 4 hour rental and agreed to pay another 4 hour fee but he found it necessary to add a $50.00 fee to add insult to our moving day. Horrible customer service...

The location is fine. The truck was defective and dangerous. You literally had to hold the brake constantly, the truck would go even if you had the brakes pressed. You had to floor the brake. It was scary. I specifically told Uhaul I was going a long distance so that I wouldn't get a crappy truck. It was terrible.

I advised the assistant that the gas meter that was checked wasn't where it was when we picked up and was advised to advise they were aware when we returned and the gentleman tried to charge me $22 smh very unproft
