The vehicle was dirty on the inside. And it seemed like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was no visible trash. But the instrumentation, cupholders Etc had gooey grime and built up dirt which appeared to have been from several uses of the vehicle never having been cleaned or in quite sometime. When we came to return the vehicle d online website would not allow us to take a picture in Google Chrome after several attempts. Then I decided to use a different search engine so we decided to use Safari and then it allowed us to take the picture but it was very time-consuming to figure this out. The process online however to reserved the truck was wonderful the customer service gentlemen were very nice. Also my trip was 19 miles. 16 of those were to and from the U-Haul location. The actual move was only three or four miles. Perhaps you all should consider allowing the customer 10 miles at least. And charge the 99 cents per mile for every mile over 10 miles as opposed to calculating and charging for mileage as soon as the customer leaves the location. There was a closer location to me on Miles Avenue. However all the equipment had already been rented. So I had to go to a location further away and suffer paying the mileage for The Limited equipment at locations closer to me. Then the refund I had coming I did not want to mailed to me I indicated that when returning the truck on the internet website. However two days later I get an email saying that the check was mailed to the address. I had moved from which is why I had to get a U-Haul. So the check is being mailed to the old address according to the email. Which is why I did not want the check mailed. I do not have access to that mailbox it is in the locked building in a locked mailbox. Again on the website when it asked if I wanted to mail to that address I said no. Perhaps you all can allow the customer to change the address they want the check mailed to. The website does not give you the option to change the address. It just asked if you want the check mailed to the address you use. Which was your address at the time you rented. But after returning the truck I had moved. Thank you

Interior of the truck smelled like illegal drugs. Door was really difficult to close all the way. I did the Express check-in and still spent about 15 at the counter. When I returned the truck the sign says to wait in the truck. No one came out. I had to go in to find the guy just sitting around. No customers. No apology for me having to wait either.

Truck was not readily accessible. Truck was covered in snow and ice when I arrived. Inside of the truck was still dirty from the previous driver. Staff upon arrival to pick up truck was helpful, but when dropping the truck off, staff wasn’t very friendly. Stop hiring young kids that don’t care about their work ethic. It really shows at this location. I won’t rent another truck from this location again. Maybe next time I’ll use a different trucking company altogether.

The truck was rather dirty in the cab... it was a newer truck that was not good in the snow... we slid all over the place Saturday 1/19/2019 in a bad Cleveland snowstorm... when we returned the van Saturday night around 9 we could not get the truck in the lot where we usually drop off. We pulled in as far as we could and let our paperwork! I usually see a email with charges the next day(Sunday) I never saw one until Monday! Then I was charged for an additional day when the truck had been dropped off the night before! I generally don’t have a problem with this location but something definitely went wrong with the service I usually receive! Needless to say I was not happy to see the additional charge on my card! So my husband had to make another trip back to get it straighten out! Even after he called customer service!

I have been in contact with customer service, however I will never attend this location again and was extremely disappointed in the service that was offered. The trailer itself was fine however the experience was absolutely horrific

I forgot his name .. he was wearing glasses ,he was working on Friday 01/11/19 around 12-2pm, we dropped off our 15’ truck but he was extremely nice and an easy process to return the U-Haul .

This the best U Haul location in Cleveland, Ohio. I would never go anywhere else. The staff is polite and professional they are always very knowledge of the products that they sell. I will continue to be a customer of this location and refer all family and friends.

there was 1 only person working and he was very rude. he seemed frustrated with everyone. he rolled his eyes and showed that he was irritated with me just for existing. I stood in the store patiently waiting for someone and when he realized I was inside as he was outside, he shook his head with discuss. when he came in he made small talk and seemed less irritated but then someone else entered and his frustration was clear all over again. He seemed competent and proficient when I returned the vehicle with atleast 7 other trucks returning at the same time but his disgust was clear as I needed help maneuvering in around other trucks poorly parked by other patrons. I jumped out and he simply said keys in a gruff voice. I went in and he moved the line very quickly but I kept looking for another employee to show up and help him. this was a business move and I don't expect champagne treatment but I do think anyone in any customer service should be able to hide their facial expressions and atleast wait until I leave to scoff at me behind my back.

in regards to early morning rental you need more than one agent to do the renting. I waited over 1/2 hour to be waited on.

All I know is the same young man that made my reservation was the same guy there in the morning. He was knowledgeable about the various equipment available. There was a minor discrepancy concerning the gas, and the representative took care of it quickly. He needs a raise!!!
