First, that truck I had needs service. You had to turn the steering wheel sideways to make it go straight. Would like to see the employees dress better and no hair bonnet.

When I called the location to reserve a truck that morning I was told there were none available. Then I called U Haul national and was told there was one. The bed of the truck I got was not cleaned but I didn't have time to wait so I took it anyway. I took a picture of the gas gauge and returned it with the same amount. I was charged for 6 gallons of gas. I was also charged for 6 blankets that weren't provided. When I questioned the charges the next day I was argued with, then I said that if the extra charges weren't removed I'd dispute the charge with my credit card provider. I was then told they didn't like my attitude (which was business-like) and hung up on.

My Whole Process Was Excellent From Online Reservation To Going To The Store Meeting The Staff Very Professional Helpful And Picking Up The Truck Was A Breeze The Only Issue Is I Haven't Received My Refund Back Yet On My Card And It's Been A Few Days Hopefully It Will Come On My Card Soon

The inside of the van was dirty and had a odor. The front window had a big slash of something that was hard to get off. I ran the wipers to see if it would come off it was on the in the inside I was just disgusted especially with Covid19 going around I couldn't believe it

The manager was courteous and professional. Only thing I suggest is letting customers know that if they opt to pay the additional insurance that the additional dings on the found on the inspection are covered under it as I took time taking pictures as I found many additional scratches

The truck was in poor operating condition and in-fact the truck that we rented was not available on the Saturday as reserved. We were however able to change the reservation to Sunday without issue.

One of the employees inadvertently checked in the wrong vehicle which resulted in a charge of over $1400 to my bank account. This took 3 days to reverse. That type of carelessness is unacceptable bc most people I know don't have an extra $1400 lying around to be held up by the bank for several days. They didn't offer us a comp or discount for the inconvenience either. Very disappointed in Uhaul over this.

The employees there are unprofessional, rude and inept. Most of them are not wearing masks, or if they are it's improperly worn(just around their neck or hanging off the ear). On several occasions, the employees were on the phone texting or literally talking to a friend on their phone ON SPEAKER!! I've never had such a worse experience with U-Haul in my life. Everything there takes 4 times longer than normal. I had to wait over an hour to get the truck because of them being slow and inefficient. I will never be returning to this location again even if it's a big inconvience to me since it is the closest to where I live.

The truck drove rough - it accelerated extremely fast like the timing was off. The brakes seemed like they sticking and the front end out of line. It smelled like something was burning. The truck was clean inside though the maintenance of the truck could have been in better condition.
