Parking lot hard to navigate. Looked like one attemdant helping people in the lot. I used the app to drop off. App instructed me to put keys in key drop. 15in later I am getting phone calls stating that I kept the key. Very in organized process.

I had to carry the trailer from it's space to my car and hook it up to the hitch myself, then when testing the lights only one worked then I had to unhook it and carry a nother one to replace it and hook it up. The staff was short of help and the owner / manager was not concern of seeing to help me get my rental hook up. I had to wait until 7:18 from 6:25 p.m. to leave from the lot with my rental, their was only 3 customers including me as the first one being their but the last one to leave after closing hours, plus making late on my rental hours.

A U-Haul worker never checked the gas with their own eyes the day of. It originally said it was between 7/8 and Full. He told me to check it when I went outside. When I went outside it was just barely above 3/4. I told him. He had me resign. I drove the truck a little less than 30 miles and put 3 gallons of gas in to put it back just above 3/4. When I dropped it off at the other location he said I needed to put more gas in it. I did (9 gallons worth). I am happy he let me do that because it saves me the refilling fee. It just would have been nice for the original person to check the gas amount with their own eyes. I paid an additional $25 for gas. I had called 55th to see if I could drop it off there, but no answer. That is understandable as they are busy I'm sure. It was raining in the morning and I am sure they don't like going out in the rain. All that is understandable, but look at the level with your own eyes!

I had multiple problems after renting online, At first the size of truck and pick up time was completely incorrect, after straightening that out, the pick up location changed multiple times,and finally was charged more $ than the original price that was quoted.

To make sure that Andre has enough staff to help him. To ensure that the staff is capable of asking questions of those renting your services. I never rented a truck before and had no idea that a dolly didn't come with it. I had to go back because the young man failed to communicate by asking simple questions.

Your equipment should be cleaned and sprayed for bugs after it is returned. I saw a pregnant roach on the first truck I was assigned. Thank God the employee saw it to, he gave me another truck. I will never ever use or recommend Uhaul again, your company is over charging for the use of your trucks.

Parking is confusing. The key to my uhaul was very difficult to turn in the ignition. Maybe include instructions on how to turn the key, I could not figure out a pattern.

Make certain this location is properly staffed. The gentleman that assisted me was alone from open until noon. He was amazingly professional under the increased stress he did not deserve. I strongly recommend that the person who ditched on him be fired and he should be given a $500 bonus. Treat him as your best employee.
