They were 30 minutes late opening in the morning and the trucks were buried.
Thomas HI had an issue with the electric hook and a rear blinker that couldn't be resolved at the first location. I took it to UHaul on Brook Park Road and the two gentlemen who helped me at Brook Park were outstanding.
Kevin KWas hard to pay on line wasn't accepting my debit said didn't take that kind. And had to use my husband
Eva SWhen I recieved the truck the fuel tank was a quarter low and the drivers wipers was broke and held on with tape. Looking at the lot I picked it up from would not be able to help me. My next truck will be a Penske and I will let my friends know why and they should avoid uhaul. I know this will fall on deaf ears but I got it out.
