Poor management, run down facility, untimely processing of reservation. I returned the truck late and in the pouring rain because I lost an hour and a half in trying to check out the truck.

The pick up time was changed and when we finally got to get the pick up if there was a two hour delay. Then the truck broke down on I 77 for three hours before we got help and then on the way back the same thing happened.
Helen HMake sure that the person who is supposed to be there for a pickup time is actually there when they show up.
