No personnel on site, tiny parking lot and location. Drove back and forth on Pearl Rd trying to find it. I tried and tried to call, just got a continual busy signal. When we did find it, it was not even open on Saturdays! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
jamie wI was not happy with the fact that I had to go all the way to another store 22 minutes away to get moving pads because the location did not have anywhere close to what I ordered. I originally ordered 60 moving pads and was only originally provided with 9 and sent to another U-Haul address to get the remaining 51 This cost me a lot of time and energy on moving day
