Only complaint is that the receipt for the return was never processed. I ad to call several times to get them to process the return and they still failed to do so. had to call Uhaul corporate customer service.

KRISTA COur drop off time was at 10:00 PM and we were told that they would park our car outside of the gate since it was after hours and put the key in the lock box. When we got there, the car was inside the gate locked! The phone number that we had was no longer in servicesame number that was on our receipt. Finally got in touch with somebody from a store number off of the building!!! They were rude on the phone - will never use them again!!!!!
