No one at the location knew what they were doing or could help in anyway. There was a lock to leave on location in order to not get a fee but no where to leave it and the staff were just workers at a BBQ restaurant who had to idea and didn't want to take it. There was no equipment like we had reserved. There was a separate uhaul room which seemingly stored the equipment but no one knew where the keys were and kept directing us to the website or to call. We wanted to pay cash but no one knew how to take a payment. Had to drive to deposit cash to pay online. Took over an hour to pick up the truck and then we had to drive to another location for the dolly. The other location did not want to release it to us. Had a terrible experience dealing with calling uhaul over 5 times to get the help I needed and it took 3 hours just to pick up truck and equipment. Had to end up paying our movers more for their time. It was a disaster and makes me never want u use uhaul again.

Kay CTook 45 minutes to get the truck I reserved from them because the lady knew nothing about how to process the pick up. The truck had sticky stuff all over the console. I do not recommend this location
Randall BThe person that was supposed to check in the equipment wasn't there at the time I dropped off the equipment, I mistakenly dropped it off at the wrong location (I should have looked at the paperwork a little closer) the Uhaul representative helped me straighten it out though
