Took 45 minutes to get the truck I reserved from them because the lady knew nothing about how to process the pick up. The truck had sticky stuff all over the console. I do not recommend this locationRandall B.

The truck drivers side door would not fully close. Truck was on 1/2 tank of fuel My rented furniture dolly that i paid for was not available. I returned the truck after 4 hours of use but it was not logged in as returned until the next day.Samuel J.

My order included furniture blankets which were not in the truck upon receipt. I asked the rental location rep to provide them but was told none were available. I was charged for furniture pads which was not provided at time of rental pick up. I also called U-haul customer service and reported this discrepancy but the charge was still on my final bill receipt.Ronnie Y.

The pick up place had no idea how to check in on the computer the girl who was helping me seemed to be under the influence of drugs...No one helped me hook the trailer up to my truck had to have a 7 year old help back me up to the trailer cause none of the staff would help...the jack on the trailer was super hard to use...was by far the worst experience ever have used u haul several times but not sure I will again after this experienceTrina C.

The RAMP was EXTREMELY HARD to extend and put away. The OVER HEAD door was EXTREMELY HARD to latch and unlatch. The copy of the BILL was NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to read! I returned the truck SEVERAL HOURS prior to the EIGHT hour rental time and WAS TOLD that I WOULD NOT be charged for the FULL EIGHT HOURS! The bill is so small I CAN NOT make out IF I WAS OR NOT! MY OVERALL REVIEW IS A D MINUS!!David T.

Need to make sure the mileage on the vehicles Max the mileage on the paperwork because I had an issue with that on the website trying to put in the mileage and it told me that the mileage that I placed in that came off the odometer was too low for what they had on record so that's the only thing I'd suggest is making sure they have the records rightDavid R.

This location was selected for pick-up by U-haul and was 21 miles from the U-haul location near my home in a city the size of Houston! Therre was no-one on duty to hitch the trailer or to ensure that I had hitched it correctlyJohn A.

The truck I received was a death wish! The truck Air conditioning didn't work and driving from texas to NC was awful sweating the entire time. It was 90-95 degrees in a truck with air doesn't work. My dogs were hyperventilating. Truck needed a alignment really bad the steering wheel is turned like 25% when driving straight. Get the truck upto 65 and it starts shaking violently. The truck gas gage some Times would fluctuate like it had bad wiring. It would only some times happen not all the time Possibly a short or bad wiring. And the over drive would do the same I'd be going up a hill from down a hill turn the over drive on going up and some times it didn't want to come on. I would know this because when the over drive is on the RPM would almost double when it would kick on and some times it wouldn't kick on making me use more gasoline when it didn't turn on. The overall Experience wasn't good. The place I picked up the truck from didn't do a walk around or any thing just gave me a key and said go Find it. Lol it's out there some where. It was parked in the grass about waist high. And it was raining out at the time so the truck was parked in a giant puddle as well. Texas floods real Easy for any one Don't know. The truck was clean but the staff didn't seem to know What they were doing. The girl who checked Me out told me she's only worked at the restaurant, never done the uhaul side Of it and she didn't really know what she was doing. I've always used uhaul a lot Of times Atleast once maybe twice a year. This isn't first time I've had a major move. I called customer service and waited for an hour And hung up I called back again. Only to be told A note would be left in my file about the truck. I'm not sure if I will ever use uhaul again. It was really hard driving in that truck shaking like crazy while I was sweating with my arms and legs sticking to the leather seats and watching other trucks like Penske and other brands drive by with their windows up enjoying the air conditioning while me And my dogs suffered. Thank you for reading, I have so say it got the job done. but it wasn't a pleasant experience. Thanks uhaul. I think.Richard G.

Returned our trailer on Saturday March 6th, and it was never checked in. We called the location twice and had to go back into it two times before someone actually checked in our trailer. The parking lot is full of trash and the inside was unorganized. Staff was unapologetic for the inconvenience and we were not offered any compensation for our wasted time. Trailer check in was only completed when I stood there and made sure they input it and it is now Tuesday the 9th. This was absolutely unacceptable. Very unsatisfied.THOMAS N.
This location is plaged with poor internet connect ability it took over one hour to sign in. He cancelled my original contract because he couldn't connect and redid the contract 5 times without success. For quality service you should evaluate dealers willingness to spend necessary resources to make sure they have reliable internet connection. Totally not acceptable.NILE M.

This was the secondary pickup location as I made a reservation days in advance to pick up closer to where we were moving from. Having to go another 25 miles delayed the time we had to finish packing up. This made us late getting home and unpacking only to be at work a few hours later. No one at this location to help in the hookup.David W.

Have all of your employees trained to do your U-Haul return or rental. I was told to drop it off and when the only person that knows how to do it will do the return when she came in. So a little stressed over will it be returned on time.TRUDY D.
I ordered blankets to cover furniture. There were no blankets. My pick up location was changed 1 1/2 days before scheduled pick up. They offered me a location that was over 30 minutes out of the way. I made my reservation weeks in advance, so there should have been plenty of time to for my reservation to be filled correctly.Russell T.
