I wasn't quite sure where to enter the location , but there was a gentleman helping another person when I dropped off the truck in the back and he took care of the routine Truck ran well , process to rent and return was smooth except for the original confusion on the pick up location On dash board it indicated phone could be connected. However USB was actually blocked. It would make sense to have this available to people so they can plug in their phone to charge and to use GPS on phone if needed

Although this is not a U-Haul shop - it is actually a repair shop - the workers here were very nice and I would recommend using this facility to others!

My problem was not the service of the rental itself. The rental was available and clean. My problem was the miles were not accurate and I was charged for mileage I did use. The sales person never showed me the miles and gas level to match in the rental. I rented the truck for about an hour and stayed local. My miles I note was 8869 they have 8850. When returning the rental I was told this would be adjusted and when receiving my final bill this wasn't corrected.

The truck was not cleared of ice and snow. The gas cap was not on. The lot is very small and congested. Staff was too busy to deal with any questions. Your computer system did not have the return location closest to my destination which is where i made the reservation from. Would be nice if your email contained a copy of the invoice showing charges.

Regrettably our experience has not been great with this rental pick up. After several rentals in last few months they were "unable" to find my info in the system when I phoned to reserve unit and put me on hold several times. When we just picked unit up they again could not locate our info requiring my husband to start from scratch, yet again. Would not recommend when there are other uhaul agents close by. Sorry we did not use one of them.

If your expectation is that vehicles are returned full, you need to be sure that vehicles go out full. Vehicle went out with needle touching F, I drove 13 miles, and put 4.7 gallons in. I mentioned this to agent, and was told he would apply a credit. This does not show on receipt.

The customer service agent at the Auto Repair shop where we picked up the UHaul was excellent and went above and beyond to make our rental experience a good one!

The truck we were given was not mutually inspected for safety or damage. We were given the truck and sent on our way without a word. We later learned at a fuel stop that none of our directional lights are operating. This made our entire trip quite unsafe and nerve-wracking. When we dropped off the truck at its destination and reported the mechanical issues, we were questioned in a manner that implied we may be responsible for these problems. This, coupled with the absolute nightmare of having our pickup location moved at the last minute despite having a reservation and confirmation has completely soured us to your company. Good luck! We've learned our lesson.
