¿Qué entrenan sus empleados en ser profesionales a la hora de hacer una transacción por teléfono oh por email, tengo una queja muy fuerte este empleado de nombre Ephriem Wossenu cuando mandó el contrato el camión tenía otra numeración en el millage y yo por mi poca experiencia no me percaté confié en el agente creí que era honesto pero resultó que no y fui cargada con un cobro excesivo de millas. Lo que me ayudó es que le había tomado fotos al millage con que lo recogí y con el que lo entregue, hice mi reclamo y gracias a la agente Dalila fue aclarado el error de este empleado Phriem y gracias al manager Ayoub voy a recibir mi reembolso. También quiero agradecer a Ericka fue muy profesional al igual que Dalila al despejar mis dudas. Muchas gracias

COLETTE JThe only reason I’ll still recommend this location because how patient the guy was with getting an issue resolved, but smother issue arised. The tow dolly I booked wasn’t working properly before leaving the premises. This issues delayed my departure for hours but was eventually resolved.
