JOE EThe facility at All N One Kustom was wonderful and the truck appeared to be clean and well maintained. After the vehicle was completely loaded then we began driving at 5AM the next morning, we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarette smoke in the ventilation system. Neither myself or my wife smokes and my wife is extremely sensitive to this smoke. Had we been able to return the vehicle for a new one, we would have. Unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed as from what we read in our contract, SMOKING IS NOT!!!! Allowed in U-Haul vehicles. We are kinda shocked that wherever this vehicle was returned to by the previous renter did not notice this gross violation of the rules. We would like this to serve as our official compliant against U-haul and it practices or lack there of.
Ron PTruck was filled with $96.00 in gas (3/4 tank) I was not refunded for fuel and was charged for extra mileage.
Teri PCustomer service was awesome. Vehicle was clean. Trailer was clean easy service. I definitely would recommend someone to this U-Haul facility
