When dropping off the truck, I let him know that there was brake issues and that I had no fuel upon picking up the vehicle and drop the truck off with more fuel than what I received, which usually reflects a credit. I was not given that option for the credit but yet to call customer service and reference to this very disappointed still waiting for a manager to call me back to correct this problem with the billing.

This drop off location was not the original location that I had planned. I had the A&G Mart address: 50223 Cesar Chavez St. Ste B102 Coachella, CA 92236. It shows on your website that the hours are Mon-Sun 9a-9p. I also called Uhaul to reconfirm that these were the hours, and the representative assured me those were the hours of operation. When I arrived at this location, no only were they not open, the hours listed on the store front are different than listed on your website. Their hours are only 10a-6p on Sundays, and they are listed as opening at 10a on Mondays and I arrived at 10:30a. I called your 1800 number and informed the rep that I had to be in Mexico so I needed to drop the truck off at that location. She informed me that they don't offer 24 hours drop offs. However, she did send me to the Sunridge Self Storage where I was able to drop it there. If your website was updated correctly, it would have saved me a lot of stress and time-not good.
