Although we had the correct address, GPS directed us about 2 miles away from the actual location. Called U-Haul and they also showed the same wrong location as GPS. We finally got ahold of someone who was able to direct us. Once we arrived, it took over 1 hr to process and get us on our way. The people there were polite, but not every experienced or knowledgable. They said we were their first ever u-Haul rental. They are a storage unit business.

To begin with your customer service. It takes over an hour for you to pick up the phone. I had issues when I picked up my rental they gave me an option and I picked up Indian location when I got there they sent me to Coachella they said they were going to review for a probable refund of some miles and told me they were going to call me back within 72 hours they never did I had to call a week later then kept giving me excuses and didn’t give me any refund back. I told the woman I spoke with that you obviously don’t care about Lucy one customer.
