U-Haul locations were great: U-Haul management consistently is pathetic and clueless. After the website pointed us to a location and unit, U-Haul e-mailed an alternate site and smaller unit - the site was a 3-hour round trip away. After many cluless individuals and hours on hold we finally reached a rational person. Were able to get a nearby site and the original unit (but later turned out unit was a smaller version).
