How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy only complaint is that I called the day before to confirm my reservation and I was informed that the truck may or may not be available for me because it was out at the time. Thankfully it was returned just in time for me to pick it up, but it is very unfavorable that my reservation essentially meant nothing because there was no guarantee I was getting the truck I requested.
