My only two complaints is that when I picked up the truck, it was almost empty of gas and low tire light was on.

The address isn't correct and it's really hard to find. I called to ask how to get there and 3 different people couldn't describe it to me. Someone came out to show me eventually. The parking space was so tight - I'm honestly inexperienced driving a big truck - but even an experienced truck driver would've had a hard time. You have to take pictures of the truck at drop off, and there was no space at all to take any photos. The only photo I could clearly take was of the odometer on the inside. It took me almost an hour to drop off the truck at this location between not finding it, trying to park it, and trying to get pictures.
Victoria FI went to pick my truck up at 11 and it was not there. I had to wait for the manager. It was a total mass very disorganized. I do not recommend you using that place for your U-Haul. I dropped off my U-Haul at 8:30 at night and I didn’t have to drop it off till 11 and I 11:15 next morning. It was marked late
