Smooth and easy. Unlike a nearby competitor, they had a van available right away.
STEPHEN STruck was clean and worked well. The auto trailer could have used a little maintenance however. For example the rachets for the front wheel straps were difficult to use and needed lubrication. No big deal I sprayed silicone on them. All in all it was a good experience.
ROBERT TBe available during business hours, be accommodating in providing solutions especially when you’re not operating as expected. Customer service was lacking.
