I always have to wipe down the steering wheel and the seats because they are so dirty. When the helpers came to load the truck they made a comment about how dirty the truck appeared to be. There was also a problem with the brake release. I had such a hard time releasing the emergency brake. The release lever did not want to do what it should do on the first or second try. I was constantly trying to release the emergency brake and it took a long time. This is the first time I've ever had a truck in that condition but I've never had a problem at this location with other vehicles. The employees there are extremely helpful as well.
