Could not do the online return process because the app said I had to go to counter. Which was closed. Also, add a Go To Checkout button in the app. I hate having to go thru 8 screens to add blankets, storage, loading help....

How U-Haul Reviews WorkPickup was moved to this location day before, spoke with manager live and was assured 18 moving pads would be available. Upon arrival only 8 were in stock and must be rented in multiples of 6, extra time was required to protect furniture during move due to lack of promised availability. Also clerk improperly extended reservation to four days/$400 after quoting me $280 (up $60 from the original $220) when I asked about returning past 11.30a on Thursday. There was no visual confirmation or printed receipt, he just handed me keys and said I would be able to see it in the app. Finally, car I left parked in lot was damaged while I was gone on front right corner, looks scraped by truck not turning wide enough.

Paul LEvery surface in the truck was sticky with multiple visible food spillages. The windshield was soooo dirty it looked like frosted glass impossible to see out of. Check engine light light was on... only AC events working was the front windshield in 90° weather this is not acceptable! If I didn't have to drop off after hours we would have had a problem and got a refund upon returning the truck.
