Person working at this location was not friendly or helpful. The website shows that the location would be open until 5pm. I returned the vehicle at 4:40 and the office was closed. It took a ridiculous amount of time to download an app and take pictures before I could drop off the key. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Bakhtiyar MI was billed for a truck rental that wasn't mine.The rental was made by someone with the same last name as mine,but a different first name and a different address.The proprietor said that he refunded the charge,and I'm hoping that's the case.Still,a little attention to detail would have prevented this.
