Terrible. It’s at a gated lot with no one around at 4 in the evening no one answered any of the phone numbers. I waited for someone to go through the gate just so I could go inside and drop off my equipment then I got stuck inside and no would let me out for an hour. I almost had to call the police.

The was very professional and courteous made sure that I got the proper equipment for the job with ample time to return equipment.
CLAUDIO TVery friendly and courteous representative. The only objection I have to the process is that I (the customer) end up doing most of the work for U-Haul, and I am not an employee. I have to take pictures of the vehicle before hand. I have to post to the web site. Seems like something an employee should do. My hourly wage is $52.00 an hour. Thanks

JOSEPH HOther than seeing the U-haul trucks out front there was no signage to tell you it was a U-haul facility and the office was basically hidden within the lot.
