The site was not open until after 9 AM when I went to pick up the equipment, my reservation was for 730 am. Then they charge me an extra day because they were not open when I returned the equipment the same day I checked it out. Because they were not open and the app wouldn’t work to check the equipment in or out- I would not recommend this site at all.

Self pickup took almost an hour between app slowness and waiting for office attendant which shouldn't be necessary because there was an unused key box on the wall
