The truck oil gauge was showing low oil about 3 hours into the trip. Called U-Haul and the said the road ranger wouldn’t be there for 3 hours. The after 3 1/2 hours he texted that he was NOT coming…. Then U-Haul said the would send someone else out and it would be another hour…. I called my son and he told me to get someone at the flying J to put oil it in truck. (I am 5/3, could not reach, to put oil in truck). The man said to watch gauge close. I made it to my sister, (she is in a gated neighborhood). The oil leaked all on her driveway. I had to pay a man to come and clean it up. The next morning I went to Prattvile U-Haul. They had the man fix the truck. He was VERY UPSET because all that was wrong with the truck was the person that changed the oil last time did not screw the cap on correctly. (His name is Cody Trusty). Super nice guy. He said that the truck was fixed. I had no problem with the rest of the trip. I feel that U-Haul manager at this store did handle this correctly. I should’ve be given full refund. Horrible trip. I have used U-Haul all my life, I am 76 years old and trusted U Haul with my life…. I will never forget this horrible trip and how Rockledge, Florida treated me. When I called them for the man hung up on me 2 times… yes I was very mad. But he should’ve never hung up on a customer. All this being said, I have used them before, with no problem, I will not use this store again.

The site was not open until after 9 AM when I went to pick up the equipment, my reservation was for 730 am. Then they charge me an extra day because they were not open when I returned the equipment the same day I checked it out. Because they were not open and the app wouldn’t work to check the equipment in or out- I would not recommend this site at all.
Nathan CSelf pickup took almost an hour between app slowness and waiting for office attendant which shouldn't be necessary because there was an unused key box on the wall
