Online reservation was great. Pick up in the office was fabulous, friendly and informative. I was welcomed by the most adorable puppy which made my moving day sooooooo much less stressful :*). Dropping off was smooth and hassle free. There was confusion on my bill at the end. I was charged for 2 days in error. I wrote an email and even over the Holiday Weekend everything was fixed and straightened out. I have nothing but wonderful praise for U-Haul and All space Storage. 10 out of 10 times, I will recommend them.

RONALD CClear instructions on car dolly. Newer truck, with comfortable ride. It was a little noisy. They forgot to include blankets I ordered online. The receiving office questioned there wear abouts when I handed the truck I , but don’t believe I was charged
