This place is closed on Sundays, so the gate was locked, but there was space out front to drop off the trailer. I went in on Monday to make sure I didn’t have an additional fee, and the man was very polite. So I don’t have a problem with this site. I do have a problem with dropping off the equipment when a place is closed. One way was to set up a user name and password, which I didn’t have and didn’t want to do. Somehow I finally clicked on an easier way to do it, not knowing if I did it correctly or if I would be charged an extra fee. Make this process simpler! Dropping off the truck at a different location when they were open was a piece of cake.
