Douglas AThe dealer was very kind and friendly, however, U Haul trucks need to have appropriate tires for the roads and weather conditions in the Northwest. Our truck slid backwards on an icy road with minimal incline and we had to call for help to pull the truck up. The tires were slick with no cross treads for gripping and braking was useless. It was a frightening experience that could have been a disaster because of a drop off had we slid any further down the road.
