TERRY GOnly problem i had was i ordered 12 furniture covers but only got 2. Uhaul did not charge for the 2 covers that got.
SHARON RI know it wasn’t the fault of the rental location but I booked a 20 ft truck approx one month prior to move date and the day before rental was to be picked up I was ci reacted to say it was not available and would be given a larger rental but it would have be to large and the driver was not comfortable driving a larger truck so I might got the 15 foot truck Instead. It was almost too small but made it work. Since I made the reservation so far in advance. The rental I reserved should have been available
