We had to sweep out the area of moms attic which meant we had to sweep the cargo area. And the ramp had to be swept. It was really dirty. But the customer service was wonderful and like the convenience of on line reservations.

If a customer is using the app to pick up their truck the approval process needs to be done before the scheduled time. I had to wait over 30 minutes and online customer service was terrible. Customer service over the phone wasn't much better. I was given the wrong code twice. It took almost an hour to pick up the truck. Ridiculous.

Was given a truck and trailer with no trailer lights had to wait 3.5 hours in middle of night to get lights fixed manager wasnt practicing social distancing no mask no gloves when i complained about the faulty equip to corporate the dist manager was rude wouldnt refund any of my money for my troubles and in fact tried to charge me for extra milage i will not ever use uhaul again nor will anyone i know i will recomend pensky from here out

Eliminate the inside wheel wells on your 26 ft truck. 1,000 pound Macro bins for holding fruit such as grapes are 1/2 inch wider than the width between the wheel wells. It took an extra hour to load since a pallet jack, etc., was required to get the bins to the front of the truck. Penske has totally flat bed trucks in 26' length!

The trucks need more maintenance. Two hours into my 7 hour trip I was stranded on I-44 . Not a safe place to be with all traffic. After 3 hours of waiting the truck was patched, not fixed but patched. I was given some coolant ant told to add some Everytime I stopped. In other words it was still leaking.
