I was charged for 6 extra gallons of gas. I emailed the staff timestamped photos to prove this and they haven’t responded.

Krishna Uoffered late return for 1.5 hours without extended day payment of $40. When I got the bill I was charged the additional fee.
Robert KThe worker that was on staff was very welcoming and high-spirited. He was clear and straight forward with the directions and expectations of the operation, care, and return of the vehicle. He also took a few extra minutes to explain how to refill the gas (which most u-haul experiences have never done), so shout out to him. It was overall a 15 minute process, in and out.
