Let us leave with the trailer way too low. They tried to flip the hitch and couldn’t undo the bolt. They ended up saying oh you’ll be fine. Knowing we were taking it from Michigan to Utah. Would drag when you hit a bump or leaving an uneven surface. Ended up going to Walmart and they flipped the hitch for us.
