You need to train the staff. The staff was Very unprofessional and very rude, I understand that the location is in a black neighborhood, but it give uhaul no right to treat African Americans that way. I have been to many uhaul stores and I have never seen any store like this. It's just a matter of time before someone walk in and start recording the foolishness at this location. I would hate to see uhaul with a bad reputation because someone posted a video and it goes viral.

Make customers aware that vehicle has issues. The truck leaked very bad inside where my furniture was and my mattresses got very wet and my 55 inch tv got severe water damage also and it no longer work. I called and reported my issue and all was said was ok. I was very heart broken to hear that customer service was not given. And never did the guy say were sorry. Now I have to try to purchase me another T.V..

I returned my rental and was the only customer in the store. I was kind of ignored while 3 employees discussed lunch. I had to announce that I was here to drop off a rental. A young lady took my keys, walked toward the door and continued the lunch conversation. I had to interject again to make sure I was good to go. Just felt like I was interrupting. Called customer service and got more bad service. Smh.

I just don’t like that there’s no parking. You have to park in the adjacent strip mall parking lot. I didn’t have any issues, just doesn’t look safe, and who is liable in the event of an incident!

Rented transport. The area is to close no where to move. Then the transport wasn't secured by the attendant. Then I took the transport to another location to help them out and they charged me more then tried to give me a discount. The price was still higher then usual.

The lift gate on the truck malfunctioned and it appeared the salesperson may have known that when I returned the truck and informed him. My interaction with the salesperson picking up the truck in the morning exceeded expectations. However, when I returned the truck several other male employees were in the store talking about sports while I stood waiting to be served. I finally asked to be served and the clerk addressed me. I wanted to seat and discuss the issue with the truck and my final bill but one of the two other male employee remained seated in the only customer chair available and never got up to offer it to me. I was told my bill would be emailed to me. I indicated should I get the mileage since I was under what I had initially estimated and the clerk said no the bill will be emailed to me. He did a walk around with me to check gas usage or inspect the lift gate I spoke about just that my bill will be emailed to me. It appeared to me that discussing sports was more important than providing good customer service and that's very troubling. Before recommending this site to others/friends I would recommend that you train and emphasize to these three males employees that the customer always comes first. I wasn't respected as a customer which affected my overall final view of the site. I hope this feedback provides you with an opportunity to make some changes. Thank you

After having my reservation not fulfilled and having to be moved to another location, I waited for more than an hour before finally getting a truck. My reservation was originally set for 4pm at a location off of Greenbrier Parkway. After calling, my reservation was moved to this location for 445. It was almost 6pm before I left. There were others at this same location who had issues of there reservation not being there, and reserves trucks being given to walk-in customers. I was highly unsatisfied with my service. This type of service would cause me to longer use uhaul in the future.
