Open up on time. If you are going to have someone sign something explain what it is and the conditions. Be fair and reasonable not excessive. You have peoples credit card numbers and the authority to charge extra fees, don't make up amounts based on how you're feeling that day. Be more courteous to your customers because they are spending their money in your establishment and don't have to.

I experienced fraud at this place. My documents was falsified and the van was given to me on Empty. I filled the tank to 1/4 after returning the vehicle and havent been credited to my account

1st, I was given a fuel credit bc the truck I was given was supposedly on “E”. Fuel charge was not honored the next day bc the truck was on 1/4, which it was on when I pulled off, not “E”, but my contract was signed for fuel on “E”. I even made sure the fuel/gas was past 1/4 in return...he’ll, I could’ve kept my $5 had I known they were going to charge me anyways... I only went the exact 10miles I estimated. So I noticed an additional charge w/o explanation on my account for fuel charge and I went into the office...no referendum! They say it’s my fault bc I didn’t come back into the office as the “new” employee did not instruct that upon me checking the truck out once presented. The truck drove sticky, thought it was going to cut off/break down. It was old and smelled like oil/gas. Won’t rent from this location EVER again! The lady with the pink headband was very nice though...

The staff was extremely helpful. Only thing I wasn't too fond of was keying in all that info just to get a quote. But the store was clean and in order, the truck was clean too & ran well, the staff was very vibrant and had great people skills (the day of Feb 23rd)

I have used this particular location before for truck rentals . It is a convenient location. The management team was very nice and greeted each customer as we entered the office.

I believe I was overcharged I rented a 15ft truck estimated 15mi but said I did 24 that was fine my total that day was $53 they told me they held 82 fine I see that I was charged $118 I never been charged that much for a uhaul and have traveled a little further then 24 mi and was told the gas wasn’t back where it was when I brought it back almost on half and it was below that When I got it Not making a big deal out of it although I don’t think it was right I just want return to that location

I was beyond dissapointed with my experience at this location. I rented a truck and storage unit by phone with a representative. I left work early on this evening and rushed thru Atlanta traffic to make it in time as the representative over the phone instructed me to arrive 20 mins prior to close. Despite all of my efforts, I spent over an hour at the counter even tho my reservation was made online and my credit card was already on file. The person working (Sherman) was very incompetent. He was unable to communicate clearly or complete the transaction and needed to call his manager (Mrs. Becky) on the phone to walk him thru handling the reservation which took an additonal 30 minutes. It seemed like it was his first night at work. He was not personable or professional. I don't blame him, obviously he has some disabilities and probably should not have been working alone. He still was unable to complete the process with my card and forced me to pay cash to expedite the process. I still have not received my refund check for the mileage I did not use. In addition, I had to pay an additional 100.00 to my moving guys for arriving over an hour late with the truck. I sent an email to corporate last week, not to get Sherman in trouble because again, he clearly should not be working unsupervised. I just would not want anyone else to have this experience. I will not be keeping my things at this location. I had to move last minute and had no choice but to keep the unit issued, which they did not even have in the computer, or had over booked, but after being there over an hour I insisted that they rent it to me. Overall, it was the worst experience ever. I am beyond dissapointed. I hope no one else has to ever experience this.
