The girl was friendly and did a good job. The truck had an engine...very good pick up when you touch the gas surprised me Did not like the manual windows...but was fine....much preffered power windows.

BROOKE LWell, why shouldn’t the customer be given a discount due to the fact that just having given a vehicle to rent and then finding that you have to clean the vehicle prior to its use is not acceptable. It’s all empty words when they expect you to clean the vehicle after its use when you really can do what ever you want with no financial consequences. Because I had to clean it I should be given a discount. The windows of the vehicle haven’t been cleaned and there was no window washer in the reservoir?? These problem's seem to be at most of the U-Haul locations which tells me it’s a systemic issue
