The overhead door to the trunk was broken and wouldn’t stay up. When my boyfriend was walking under it with furniture in his arms the door came crashing down on his head. Luckily he is young and healthy so he is fine but if that hit him in the back or if it were someone else under there it could have been really bad. When i mentioned this to the worker when i dropped off the truck all she said was “oh well a lot of people complain about that”. The truck was filthy as well. The steering was very loose and completely out of alignment. there was also no backup camera. When i voiced these concerns nothing was done and i was not compensated. I will not be using this location again.

The booking system isn’t configured properly. We booked for 6am mobile pickup but this location doesn’t even offer mobile pick up. Then, head office said the location opened at 7am, but actually didn’t open until 8. Then it took the girl 30 minutes to unlock the vehicle from the system because it hadn’t been retuned in the system properly. The girl was rude. The vehicle was filthy and had not been cleaned at all. Even after being 2.5 hours late to get the vehicle we were told the vehicle had to be returned by 2pm. We tried, but because we were so late the gardiner, lakeshore and DVP had been closed - our intention with the 6am start was to miss this and be back in lots of time. The girl was again rude when we called to explain we were going to be late returning as though it was our fault ‘why didn’t you call earlier’ ‘the next people are already here’. A $50 credit doesn’t touch the level of dissatisfaction we have. And I guarantee no effort was made to clean that vehicle for the next people.
Dean TThis was an extremely confusing drop off location. They didn’t take my key and had me drive to another location to drop it off and then I got calls the next day because they couldn’t locate the key. I was told on the phone the next day that this location does not take one way truck drop offs. Why was I sent here?
Caleb BThe location and service were great. The rental vehicle was dirty, the driver window wouldn’t go up and the passenger window trim was falling off. It needs maintenance.
Greg MCharged me $80 extra for miles to kilometers for some bullshit reason. I was in no mood to argue bot definitely got ripped off.
