This was an extremely confusing drop off location. They didn’t take my key and had me drive to another location to drop it off and then I got calls the next day because they couldn’t locate the key. I was told on the phone the next day that this location does not take one way truck drop offs. Why was I sent here?

The location and service were great. The rental vehicle was dirty, the driver window wouldn’t go up and the passenger window trim was falling off. It needs maintenance.
Greg MCharged me $80 extra for miles to kilometers for some bullshit reason. I was in no mood to argue bot definitely got ripped off.
