Everything. My uhaul reservation was given to someone else, leaving me without one and missing my move in time at my apartment. I was also charged for the man who drove my uhaul. Such poor service

Returned truck after hours. Difficult to find return location
PATRICIA Bwhen I picked up the U-Haul it had sunglasses in the cab and a bag of trash and lots of dust and dirt in the back so I had to clean before I put any of my things on the inside which extended the time I needed the U-Haul
