Always nice to rent from Metroeast Equipment Rental. I beleive tthis is the 5th time renting a truck at this location for me in the past 6 months. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained. Service is always top notch! Keep it up!
CHAD DWanted to rent vehicle for 8 hours, however, we could only use it for 1 hour. When we left parking lot, it started to rain. Windshield wiper blade fell apart on driver’s side. Very dangerous situation.As we were driving back to pickup location, engine began to chug and smoke, check engine light came on.
Patricia AThe gas tank wasn't full but I was instructed that if i didn't fill it i would be charged$5.00 a gallon for them to fill it. I drove it not even eight miles and put in more than a quarter tank of gas.
