After my truck at my first location was not turned back into uhaul they did find me another one at a different location. Was not given any kind of discount so little disappointed with that
David DI think it would be helpful for U-Haul to stress even more that pick-up window is one hour after prick-up time. Even if it is a mobile pick-up.
