It's not the fault of this specific location, but if your system had an offline function for already-established reservations in the event of a lost connection, that would greatly improve my already great experience

Jessica PI was surprised that a fairly newer vehicle with lower miles than I expected had a transmission issue. I will say the response to the issue was good and quick but it still was super inconvenient and I had to unload a whole truck into another truck with my buddy and this was a huge head ache. I do think due to this inconvenience I am entitled to some cost off of my rental for this issue that was out of my control when my expecatations of having a smooth trip were derailed.
