I mean, where to start. No human works this location so be prepared for that. The parking lot has literal ledges (2+ feet) that you can drive off. These ledges are in the literal lanes between the storage units that you have to drive through to get to the U-Haul. It’s insane. When I got to my truck, it was literally boxed in. I need to move forward and backward a dozen times to get out a tiny space between the other truck and a wall. No human monitors this location and it shows

In case you are reading this, they only let us rate the location and not the experience of drying a uhaul. So let me explain...my truck broke down 150 miles into my 1300mile trip. The truck was nearly new and this had nothing to do with maintenance. It took about an hour from reporting it till someone came to look at it. All he did was verify that I'm not an idiot, that it was actually an engine malfunction, and then he called corporate for more information. The let me know, through him, that it would have to be towed. At this point I informed my family to go ahead without me since I was right outside of a major town. I figured they would tow me to the town, change trucks, and I'd be on the road that night. Wrong. Very very wrong. A half hour or so later I was told that it would be towed to a remote mountain town in the wrong direction. I had the tech check again as that is stupid. 30 minutes later they called again and said that this was the only truck available. Later the tow truck driver did the same and was told this was the only truck in 200 miles. That ridiculous considering 200 miles included Denver, CO. It would have literally been easier for them to tow me back to the original uhaul location. It was 30 minutes after this conversation for the tow truck driver to arrive, it took him an hour to ready the uhaul for tow, and we started off. This was a long and horrible trip as it was through a skinny two lain road up and down a mountain going 20 mph for over an hour. The tow truck driver and company was great though, but the second I got in the tow truck, uhaul representatives started lying. They need a picture of the inside of the truck while I was driving which is clearly impossible. They eventually said they didn't need it. I was told an uber/lyft would be there when I got there. That was no true and the tow truck driver had to bring me to a hotel. I was told that they would send me food to my hotel, but it was midnight when I got there and there was nothing open. At this point, I had not had food or water for 12 hours. They put me in a hotel that night which had holes in the walls and ceiling and pee on the floor (yes, I know that isn't their fault). I was told movers were scheduled to move my stuff from one truck to another the next morning so I went to bed. I woke up the next morning to a list of messages saying they were not able to schedule movers till they had the picture of the back of the truck that they had previously said the didn't need. They had to pay for a tax to get me to the truck to take a picture, to bring me back to the hotel to wait 3 more hours before the movers would start. They refused to put more than two people helping with the move and I had to be there the whole time. At 1pm, they finally provided me with food. I walked across the street to the the gas station for water. At 2 pm the movers were done, a full 24hours from start of breakdown to being back on the road. I was supposed to be across the country to sign to close on my new house. I had to pay for power of attorney and adjusted legal documents. I was out of medication, clean close, and hygiene products. Some of these things are not uhauls fault, but some are. The new movers destroyed my dresser and damaged other items. I'm still unboxing to find the full damage. Customer serviced offered me $500 refund for my troubles. I hope I never move again, but if I do I'd rather buy my own trailer and make trips than use them again.

DANIEL MGot locked out of location and someone let us in and then was locked inside with no way to exit.
Joshua CU-Haul was not equipped with the dolly or furniture pads. The management told me to go to another U-Haul location to pick the pads up.
