There were only two people working the desk and no one in the yard. The two girls didn't seem to know what they were doing and it took my son close to 2 hours for a simple trailer rental. To top it off, they called the next day asking where the trailer was when he had returned it the evening before. Total incompetence that wasted our time.

There were two young girls working there that didn't seem to know what they were doing. No one working in the yard. It took almost TWO HOURS to get a simple trailer rental. That is ridiculous and totally unacceptable.

I was not to happy cause when I rented the uhaul truck I told them 20 door truck and they gave me a 26 inch truck also they did not inform me there was a 30 dollar fee for not filling the gas so I'm not happy at all at uhaul

You had to call my wife to verify I was a "good renter", I found that incredibly insulting. I've been professionally employed since 1982, I've owned my current home since 1989 as well as several other pieces of property and I have plenty of cash on hand. Additionally I had already provided a valid Colorado drivers license and a credit card with which I could easily have purchased the item I rented outright. I will only rent from this location again if I have no other choice.

I will never go back this location. There was a young lady with a pink earring at the counter who was asking for two contacts instead of one to verify i'm a good renter. They said it was a new policy but no where in writing did it say online or in the store I needed to have two contacts given to them. It took some time to give them a second contact because my employer and relatives were all working and no one was picking up to answer her trivial question if I'm a good renter or not. I don't see how having someone verify over the phone that I'm a good renter prevents Uhaul thefts. The thieves could just buy prepaid phones and lie about their names and have their buddy call their friends phones to answer the desks stupid question. The lady with the pink earring was also drinking a McDonalds cup while talking to me the whole time and inconvenienced and created a line of 5 other people. The manager was also holding up a mother and her daughter because she couldn't figure a identification number.

We will never use u haul again! We drove to the location I had a trailer scheduled for pick up. Then as soon as we get there we are told we can’t take it because it had a flat tire. Then we had to drive all the way to the main facility to pick up a trailer. When we arrived it took someone 30 min to finally help us. When they did help us they were rude and did not listen to our problem at all or try to help us out since we had to drive out of our way to get another trailer which caused us to be two hours late to our destination which cost us hundred of dollars. When we turned in the trailer we were an hour early but we got a complaint from the front desk person complaining that we were late when they were the one who scheduled the later pick up. This experience was horrible and we will not recommended U haul to anyone!

I had to wait almost a half hour to get the truck I reserved online. I put all my info in so it said it was supposed to be a quick process. Then upon returning the truck the gentleman at the return station charged me extra miles and when I pointed it out he said he doesn’t know how to change it. Overall a very poor experience.

The customer service representative came off as rude. The spiel was mundane and just rattled off the rules, made me feel like I was renting the vehicle to do something illegal, and made me feel like she was doing me a favor, rather than me being the paying customer. She had earphones in her ears, asked if she could help, and then when I said what I was there for, she took out earphones and had me repeat myself. It also would have been nice to do know prior to getting there, that I needed to have an alternate contact that they can call to see if I am "good renter" or "vouching for me"...the process didn't make sense to me, as she didnt know the person who was called any better than me. I had to contact 4 people, before someone answered their phone. When I returned, the guy clearly didnt want to be at work. I thought the location itself was very nice, clean, and organized. I thought the vehicle was in very good shape and well maintained. Customer service is lacking. My recommendation to friends would be for renting u-hauls ONLY and not the customer service experience.

Corporate needs to visit this site now! I will not use this location again! Grossly understaffed. No advantage for filling out the online "express app". They still review everything with you and need to call a reference. The counter help was nice and following procedure, the procedures are flawed. There were ten people in-line and it took over an hour to get to the counter with one of the two reps leaving after a half hour of being open. Customer frustration was extremely high and one customer became harassing and highly confrontational with the one remaining counter rep. She had to call a guy in from the lot to address the situation. Recommendation, ask for the next prepaid express app in line, have them show their ID and hand them their packet and on their way then customers would see that they actually save time by filling out the online app. I have to give a five star rating for the lot guy, didn't catch his name, shorts, beard and hat. He ran everywhere and was extremely pleasant and professional to work with. Bottom line- don't use this store unless you have to unless they get more staff and change the procedures.

I rent from uhaul all the time, and this location was the worst customer service ever. I have never been treated so rudely and unfair. When walking in i had to ask the lady at the counter if she can help me because all she did was stair at me. She really had the “i hate me job and do not want to be here atitude”. I waited 15 minutes before doors open to only be told I had to wait until my rental got checked in and then wait in line another hour and a half. Worker was really unprofessional as her and the other coworker talked about problems of their neighbor, and the whole store could hear the conversation. I would never in my life go to the store again. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Call center Charles Bowling # 773097 Gave me wrong information as to location of Uhaul. Sent me in the wrong direction causing me additional mileage and extreme frustration.
