Friendly service.
Michael BIf a location is renting U-Haul equipment, they really should be able to help the customer load a tow dolly. We had to go to a different location to get help which added an additional 30 minutes to our trip.
ROBERT WPlease post signage at the front of store. It was rather confusing to figure out where I was going. Also please post signage that the vehicle needs to be brought behind the building. Again, quite confusing.
