Stood in line for 20 minutes only to be told that the truck I had reserved wouldn't be available for another 4.5 hours. Was told there were no available trucks. Walked outside and saw trucks. Went back in and asked if they were available. They were. One was too small and one was too big. I rented the smaller one (had no ramp) as the big one would not fit where I needed it. It took an hour from the time I walked in to the time I walked out with the wrong size truck. I was movers the whole time. The extra time it took and the truck being the wrong size made for a more expensive and painful move. Horrible experience.
