Dropped U-Haul at Valero man behind the counter said he would check in the truck when I handed him my keys he did not. Next day truck was never checked in received, had to call u-haul customer service to tell them where it was and when it was dropped off, and I still got charged a late fee. Doesn't seem like anyone at the pickup or drop off location did anything and then charged me 40$
