Could not get key out of lock box so location operator had to get out for me an hour after I was supposed to pick it up. He said he has had issues with the lock box.

SCOTT OAnil was great to work with and got me on my way quickly. He had the trailer ready to hook up and was careful to ensure it was hooked up properly. And he smiled, which is a bit of a rarity these days! The trailer pulled really well despite being an older model which I also appreciated.
