They told me they didn't have the rental i reserved and it was in the parking lot and someone's else was renting it the next day and that I needed to pay more and take the bigger truck which I informed then that was not happening I reserved the one in parking lot a few days before he still was giving me issues saying it's reserved for someone tomorrow at 10am I have it reserved for me to use for 24 hours I ended up calling uhaul and he magically decide I can have the one I reserved I definitely do not recommend this location and will Not use again from here the process for getting the truck took an hour for no reason.
