The keys were in the wrong lock box and I had to call customer service to get the keys. I also requested a dolley it was not provided. The office was closed at the time so no way to resolve this issue. Took me 15-20 minutes, between the call and troubleshooting, to get the truck when it should’ve taken a lot less

App gave me login code for gate but then told me I had to advance to next page to get keys before getting to gate… couldn’t go back and get login code. Why am I paying the same uhaul prices I used to, but now having to do all the check in and check out work?
