The truck was fine, operated properly, and had plenty of space for what we needed. What was problematic was the human-less experience with the app. It was difficult to use and U-Haul contacting the reference didn't work. My wife, and then later my son, both received texts, responded, and when I contacted the agent which attempting to pickup the truck, said they couldn't be contacted. So something is wrong with the process or the technology. It took 20 minutes to finally pickup the truck. When I've rented from U-Haul in the past, a human had me on the road in just a few minutes. You need to work on this. I won't rent again from a location that does not have people that can expedite the process.

Location was good. Your app and length of time it took to rent is horrible
Veronica DThe keys were in the wrong lock box and I had to call customer service to get the keys. I also requested a dolley it was not provided. The office was closed at the time so no way to resolve this issue. Took me 15-20 minutes, between the call and troubleshooting, to get the truck when it should’ve taken a lot less
