The workers at this location were not wearing masks. Additionally, while I put in a reservation using the online system, my truck was not available at the appointed time -- I had to leave the location and come back ~15 minutes later. The online system for reserving the truck did not seem to save me much time, as the customer service worker asked for information I had already provided in advance.

The woman working at the location was eating her breakfast and could not be bothered to have someone check the truck in. The lack of professionalism was pretty awful. I have used this location twice in the past and it was excellent. I was disappointed with this experience.

I was charged an extra $15 for fuel, when in fact I had filled it to the required mark.


Better understanding what would be considered ‘damage' to the vehicle because the insurance and the statement about paying for damage is a bit intimidating. I imagine the vehicles get small bumps and dings in normal wear and tear and that should be accounted for. It made me super careful but also a bit nervous that I may have missed ‘damage' when I picked it up and would be forced to pay for someone else's damage. It worked out fine but that was something that was uncomfortable for me.

I was not asked if I wanted insurance or not. But I was charged for it. Apparently I signed for it but didn't know I was signing it.

Better customer service. I was told “it would look better on your paperwork” if I was there by 5 instead of 7 when I originally requested. I was told I was not allowed to bring it back at 7. Then, after arriving there was told otherwise. Very disappointing. I had 2 hours of moving time stolen from me because your people have terrible customer service skills. I should been reimbursed for the time I lost. My boyfriend ended up hurting himself trying to load the rest of our things into his car.
