My receipt say ~60 but you have taken more than 100 from my credit card
Cristhiam TActually have the equipment ready for the time we book it for. If I asked weeks ago to pickup the truck at 8 am I shouldn’t have to wait till 9:45am to get it
Roshan MMy pick up location was changed from London to Tillsonburg less than 24 hours before my pick up time and when I called uhaul helpline hoping to get some extra miles added because the new pick up is 74 kms away from where I live, the first representative was straight rude and did not want to listen however the next representative was empathetic but not very helpful either. When we pay $250 for just one day I expect the service to be better and customers to be valued.
PALLAVI DI have returned my truck on feb 27th around 9 PM. And they charged me for extra 3 days just to returned it?
